   Question: I have a customer that has a 21378A transducer (TEE OMNI III TRANSDUCER (7-2MHZ) FOR PHILIPS ENVISOR/SONOS 5500/7500) that runs just fine on their SONOS 7500. However they tried to use it on their SONOS 5500 today and it says "Un-supported" on the monitor. 

Answer: In order to run the 21378A on the SONOS 5500, D.0 or higher software is required.
