dear engineers please can any engineer tell me about aloka ssd-5000 problems.i have aloka ssd-5000 when i start the machine there is bus error .and also i need service manual.please help me.

Hi.

Can you post the exact message that appears on the screen?
Sometimes the cleaning of the connectors of the boards solves this type of problem.
