Hello

I have a GE Logiq 400MD that does not power up.
If i pullout connector CN102 from LV power supply or connector CN30 from HV power supply , the system starts up.

What could be the problem?
Which power supply module could be the problem?

Best regards

Paulo Ferreira

Hi Paulo,

The unit does not power up at all until you unplug CN102 or CN30? It seems odd that either the LV Power Supply or the HV Power Supply is pulling down or sending a halt signal to the CPU to keep the unit from booting.

Please confirm.

Regards,

Hi Chris

When i turn on the equipment, with eveything connected, i can only hear the main transformer and the monitor´s inicial humming sound .The equipment does not proceed from this point. The LV PS fans don´t work and no readings can be obtained on the LV PS. On the HV PS the green led indicating power on doesn´t light up. If i unplug CN102 or CN30 the LV fans start working and i can obtain all the voltage readings as described in service manual and the green led on the HV PS turns on.

Best regards

Paulo
