Kretz Combison 311 Error Message.

   Question: We have an old Kretz, Combison 311 ultrasound machine. It was doing fine and then all of a sudden displayed a "no program in memory" message. I was wondering if your company does service on these older machines or if you can tell me by that message if the problem would be fixable in your opinion.  

Answer:  We supply parts and probes for all makes and models of imaging ultrasound, but do not offer on-site service. We will help if we can however and unfortunately we have almost no documentation on that system. 

Did it come with software disks so that you can re-load software? That is the first place to start. Also, try unpluging it for an hour or two and then plug it back in to see if it will boot. If not, and you are the adventurous type, try to figure out how to open the system up and reseat boards one at a time and then try re-booting to see if it fixes the issue.

****Please remember to have the unit turned off and un-plugged whenever you are touching anything inside the machine.****

If all that doesn’t work – we can recommend a few reputable service companies to you if you let us know what city and state you are in.
