   Question: I need 3rd part service enabled on my Sequoia so I can replace a board - how do I get this enabled?

Answer: Contact Siemens USA (1-800-SIEMENS), QA and Safety Office, do NOT contact service.
State that you need the 3rd party service code to meet safety requirements as laid out in the FDA CFR 21 Rules. 
Ask them to email the code directly to you.

	I'm writng from mexico and would like to know if there is a security code or a protection device installed on sequioa that I have to consider if I remove and re-install a DMI (main power supply). Do I have to be aware of something? Thank you.

	The manufacturer will give you the third party code. I called tech support and they padged the engineer and he was able to get me the code. Make sure you have the code before you take the pannels off.
