Thank you

Hello,

Have you tried disconnecting the CD-ROM drive cable to see if the error goes away?

Best regards,

No Chris. I thought at the first time a problem with floppy 3.5" instead CD-ROM and I tried to disable from BIOS Menu but it didnĀ“t work. I'll try with CD-ROM nad let you kown.
Could it be a HDD misfunction?
Thank you

Hi,

I don't believe the Voluson 730 ever came with a floppy drive. I would disable the floppy drive selection in the BIOS as well as the Floppy Drive Controller if available.

I would then try disconnecting the data cable from the CD-ROM drive.

If you still get the error, try booting into safe mode in windows and go into the control panel (devices) to see if there is an device error indication.

If you can't get into windows at all, I would say that the hard drive has failed.

Finally, please send me a picture of the error on the screen if possible - my email address is chris@ccmedicalsolutions.com.

Good luck!
