Voluson Probe

   We have a customer with a GE Voluson 730  Expert, the machine turned was turn on and  two of the probes showed the  probe  id error on this port. The third probe the endovaginal was ok. 

We switch the probes to the other ports and the same issue. What could have happen?

	Hello Jaime, What are the other two probe model numbers? What is the model number of the endovaginal probe? Did they originally work ok on this system or where they added? Has a software upgrade/re-load been peformed lately? What is the software version of the machine? Regards, Chris
